PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin curing agent causing less coloration, and produces a cured product having an excellent crack resistance and transparency, an epoxy resin composition, a cured product and a photosemiconductor. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin curing agent comprising a polycarboxylic anhydride and a branched polymer are provided. The polycarboxylic anhydride is desirably a compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1to R4independently represent a hydrogen atom or a 1-4 C1 linear or branched alkyl group, and two selected from R1to R4may be linked to each other to form a cyclic structure).
