<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor whose variation in performance is made small by obtaining a support structure capable of performing a stable support by means of a simple constitution and without suppressing vibration of a vibrating body, and improving positioning precision and positioning controllability and a positioning stability. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric motor for operating a contact member 5 contacting with a vibrating body 1 or a friction member 3 provided in the vibrating body 1 or the vibrating body 1 itself, by vibration of the vibrating body 1 having a piezoelectric element, there are possessed a plurality of plural concave portions 1a provided in the vibrating body 1, and a support member 2 having a plurality of convex portions engaging with the concave portions 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
