<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screwing machine generating low impact and low noise and having long life. <P>SOLUTION: This screwing machine 1 comprises an end-bit mounting part 5 driven by a motor 3. A disk friction clutch 4 is interposed between the end-bit mounting part 5 and the motor 3. The friction clutch 4 comprises a first clutch plate 43 rotated when the motor 3 is rotated and a second clutch plate 44 rotated when the end-bit mounting part 5 is rotated. The friction clutch further comprises a storage part 41D which stores the first clutch plate 43 and the second clutch plate 44 and which is rotatingly driven by the motor 3 and a shaft 42 fixedly supporting the first clutch plate 43 and the second clutch plate 44 on a same axis. The shaft 42 is rotatably supported by a first bearing 47A disposed at the axial one side and a second bearing 52 disposed at the axial other side.
