<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing unauthorized use of a robot, which prevents unauthorized use of the robot, and to provide its method. <P>SOLUTION: An encrypted robot control program 23 is stored in a nonvolatile memory 15.
