<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire preferential transmission of low-frequency band data and moreover minimize influence on high-frequency band data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: On the occasion of transmitting the oldest data stored in a transmitting buffer CB1, when the low-frequency band data stored in the secondary buffers SB1, SB2 is updated, a server transmits such low-frequency band data in every constant time and when the low-frequency band data is not updated but the high-frequency data is updated, the server transmits such high-frequency band data. After the next constant time, when the high-frequency band data stored in the secondary buffer is updated, the server transmits such high-frequency band data and when the high-frequency band data is not updated but the low-frequency band data is updated, the server transmits such low-frequency band data. The I frame, P frame, and B frame of an MPEG image are processed as a sheet of JPEG image and an amount of discard is adjusted in the sequence of the B frame, P frame, and I frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
