PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for soldering an annular array vibrator to each electrode element. SOLUTION: The annular array vibrator has a laminated structure. Signal electrode layers (signal electrode patterns) 38 are formed on a piezoelectric film 32. The signal electrode layers 38 are composed of an electrode 42 and wiring 48 and the electrode 42 is composed of a plurality of electrode elements 42A-42L. The wiring 48 is composed of a plurality of lead elements. Lines of the lead elements are connected with lead-out end lines 100, and soldering or the like is not necessary for that part.
