PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which can adjust characteristics of an antenna after the antenna is formed, and a telephone apparatus. SOLUTION: In a short-circuiting line 29, a plurality of connecting terminals 31a1-31a3 for connecting one end of a zero-ohm chip resistor 23 to the short-circuiting line 29 is provided, the connecting position of the one end of the zero-ohm chip resistor 23 to the short-circuiting line 29 can be selected from the connecting terminals 31a1-31a3. Thereby, since an electrical length from a feed point 22 to the connecting portion of a ground electrode 24b and the zero-ohm chip resistor 23 can be changed, a resonance frequency of the antenna formed at a circuit board 17 can be changed in a plurality of steps.
