PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a first signal and a second signal from colliding with each other in uplink communication. SOLUTION: When transmitting a second signal in such periodic transmission timing as to transmit a first signal using a first frequency resource shared with another radio terminal, a radio terminal controls to change a frequency resource to be used for transmitting the second signal into a third frequency resource which is smaller than a second frequency resource allocated from a radio base station so as not to overlap the first frequency resource.
