PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with which the substantial part of a display image can be relatively visually recognized with ease even when the display surface on a monitor is viewed from a direction deviated from an orthogonal direction, and can facilitate the image selection operation in such a case where the image display device is used as a control panel of on-vehicle equipment. SOLUTION: The image display device includes a display means 4 for displaying the image by the monitor 3 disposed within a vehicle room, a convex lens 9 oppositely disposed so as to overlap on a prescribed region of the display surface 7 of the monitor, and operation input means 14, 15 for emitting operation commands to change the image of the display means 4.
