PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid treatment apparatus which is simple to use and capable of efficiently reforming liquid properties. SOLUTION: The liquid treatment apparatus 10 comprises a storage tank 1 capable of storing a liquid W, a pump P which is a liquid transportation means for sucking the liquid W contained in the storage tank 1 and again returning to the storage tank 1, and two fine bubble generating devices MB1, MB2 respectively connected to two series of liquid introducing routes 18a, 18b branched through a three-way valve 18v from a flowing route 18 of the liquid W which is transported by the pump P. The storage tank 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped, which is formed with four side plates 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and a bottom plate 1e, whose top face opening is covered with a detachable lid 10a, and whose bottom face side of the bottom plate 1e is connected to an upper stream side end part of the flowing route 18 and an upper stream side end of a liquid flow-out pipe 2.
