摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# Polyurethane-elastomer obtained by reacting 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate and polysuccinate polyol with a molar mass of 500-5000 g/mol and an average functionality of 1.95-2.25 and subsequently converting the obtained isocyanate (NCO)-prepolymer with short chain hydroxyl group exhibiting chain elongator with a molar mass of 62-450 g/mol and functionality of 2 or 3 or water, is claimed. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The polyurethane-elastomer is useful as polyurethane molded part or coating (claimed), preferably in printing inks. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The polyurethane-elastomer exhibits improved swelling behavior, preferably in printing inks, and equivalent characteristics in comparison with conventional systems. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The chain elongator is a compound comprising butanediol, hexanediol, ethoxylated hydroquinone and/or cyclohexanediol. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Process: The polysuccinate polyol is obtained from: succinic acid or its derivatives and diol with a molar mass of 62-300 Daltons and optionally short chain polyol with a functionality of 3 or 4, preferably glycerin and 1,1,1-trimethylolpropane; and maximum 5 wt.% of other acid of aliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic dicarboxylic acid. The conversion of NCO-prepolymer with the chain elongator takes place under the compliance with a ratio of 1.04-1.25. Preferred Components: The obtained NCO-prepolymer exhibits a NCO-content of 2.5-6 wt.%. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# A polyester polyol (obtained by reacting diethylene glycol, succinic acid and tin dichloride-dihydrate) (100 wt.%) was heated at 135[deg] C. 1,5-Naphthalene diisocyanate (18 wt.%) was added under stirring at 100[deg] C. After 3 minutes, vacuum was applied to the mixture. After 19 minutes, the reacting melts were heated at 124[deg] C. To the prepolymer, 1,4-butanediol (2 wt.%) was added under intensive stirring for 30 seconds. The reacting mixture was molded at 116[deg] C. The molded bodies were heated at 110[deg] C for 24 hours to obtain polyurethane-elastomer.
