<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the economical aging treatment to be achieved by performing the excellent aging treatment in a short time, while reducing consumption of hydrogen as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: An aging device 12 includes a stack arrangement section 16 in which a plurality of fuel cell stacks 14a to 14c each having one or more fuel cells 10 are arranged, a power supply section 18 that applies the positive pole potential to anode sides of the fuel cells 10, while applying the negative pole potential to cathode sides of the fuel cells 10, and a hydrogen feeding section 20 to feed the humidified hydrogen to the anode sides without feeding oxidizer gas to the cathode sides for operating a hydrogen pump when the power supply section 18 is driven. The hydrogen feeding section 20 is provided with a series feeding path 60a for feeding the hydrogen fed to the upstream fuel cell stack 14a to the downstream fuel cell stack 14b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
