<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet a need for a treatment effective in preventing, controlling or recovering chronic graft vessel diseases and a need to prevent or treat restenosis or vascular occlusions as a consequence of proliferation and migration of intimal smooth muscle cells, for example, induced by vascular surgeries such as angioplasty. <P>SOLUTION: Rapamycin derivatives of formula I defined in this specification inhibit vasculopathies such as vascular remodelling and are particularly indicated to prevent or control chronic rejection manifestations in a transplanted organ. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
