PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of improving the convenience of the device while enhancing safety for a user. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device 1 is equipped with a determination means 27 which determines two or more situations among the situation of outside of the vehicle and/or the situation of equipment and/or the situation relating to the vehicle, and equipment control means 28 which stepwise controls target equipment 15 in the vehicle based on two or more situations determined by the determination means 27. The on-vehicle device 1 can control the target equipment 15 to prevent the operation or the movement of the target equipment 15 from being limited more than requested while securing safety for the user based on a determination result of two or more situations.
