PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cemented carbide in which both the characteristics of strength and toughness can be made compatible in a well balance even if cemented carbide scrap is utilized, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a tool formed thereby. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a cemented carbide with a laminated structure in which at least two WC based cemented carbide layers of the surface layer and the internal layer are laminated, and the total content of Zn and Sn in the internal layer is higher than the total content of Zn and Sn in the surface layer. Also disclosed are a tool for cutting using the same, a tool such as a tool for a die, and a method for producing a cemented carbide using cemented carbide recycle powder obtained from cemented carbide scrap.
