PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, a communication system, and an information using method of high convenience using position information. SOLUTION: A plurality of areas each including an arbitrary position are set, and pieces of area related information are associated with the respective areas stored in an information storage means 102. A position information acquiring means 101 such as a GPS means acquires position information, an information retrieval means 103 retrieves in which areas stored in the information storage means 102 the position that the position information indicates exists, and when the area exists, the information stored in association with the area is read and output, for example displayed by an information output means 104.
