PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a high-frequency oscillation circuit which is usable even for a high-frequency band of, for example,≥10 GHz without using an expensive FET and which achieves a wider band. SOLUTION: A gate of FET Q1 for an oscillation circuit is grounded through a line SL1 which is a series feedback element, a source of FET Q1 for an oscillation circuit is DC-grounded through an inductor L3, a drain of an FET Q2 for a buffer amplifier is connected to a power supply terminal Vd through an inductor L1, a source of the FET Q2 is grounded in terms of high frequency through a capacitor C2, and its Q2 source connected to the drain of the FET Q1 for the oscillation circuit through an inductor L2 for a DC current path. Also, the gate of the FET Q2 for the buffer amplifier and the drain of the FET Q1 for the oscillation circuit are connected to each other through a DC cutting capacitor C1 and a line SL2, and the electric length thereof is set to less than a half as large as the wavelength at an oscillation frequency.
