PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduction noise suppressing structure which suppresses conduction noise transmitted through a power supply line, stabilizes a power supply voltage, and reduces signal transmission line crosstalk transmitted through the power supply line or a ground layer without being influenced by a resistive layer; and to provide a wiring circuit board. SOLUTION: The conductive noise suppressing structure 10 includes: the power supply line 11 and a signal transmission line 12 arranged on the same surface by being separated from each other; the ground layer 13 arranged to face the power supply line 11 and the signal transmission line 12 by being separated from the power supply line and the signal transmission line; and the resistive layer 14 arranged to face the power supply line 11 and the ground layer 13 by being separated from the power supply line and the ground layer; and is structured such that the width W2 of the resistive layer 14 is smaller than the width W1 of the power supply line 11; the resistive layer 14 has a region (I) facing the power supply line 1 and a region (II) without facing the power supply line (11); and the resistive layer 14 and the signal transmission line 13 are separated apart.
