<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endscopic instrument wherein the proximal end of a wire can be fixed to a fixture cylinder without using a dedicated fixture tool and the direction in which the radius of the wire increases is regulated when the distal end of the wire is projected from the sheath, and to provide a method for manufacturing the endoscopic instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscopic instrument includes: the wire 12 disposed in a flexible sheath and capable of freely projecting relative to the flexible sheath 11, the distal end of the wire expanding in radius to form a loop section 12a or a basket section upon being projected from the sheath; and a fixture cylinder 15 for fixing the inserted proximal end of the wire, wherein the fixture cylinder is provided with a wire-radius-increasing-direction-regulating section 16 for regulating the direction in which the radius of the wire 12 increases; and a wire-fixing section 17, disposed in the vicinity of the proximal end relative to the wire-radius-increasing-direction-regulating section 16, for fixing the wire 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
