PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling tool of an object to be stuck capable of removing an object to be stuck without damaging an elastic member when required even though the object to be stuck is desirably stuck and held. SOLUTION: The handling tool 1A of the object to be stuck comprises the elastic member 3A capable of sticking and holding the object to be stuck on its surface, and a thin layer sheet 4A formed on the surface of the elastic member. The thin layer sheet 4A has a plurality of holes 5A with those opening areas of holes 5A smaller than one plane approaching the elastic member 3A of the object to be stuck.
