PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device which can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The switch device SW includes: a case 1 in which one surface side in its thickness direction is open; an operating part 2 located in the opening in one surface of the case 1 and swingably mounted to the case 1 with the width direction of the case 1 served as a swinging axial direction; an actuator 3 which moves in accordance with the displacement of the operating part 2; and a detection block BK having an actuator 3 that moves in accordance with the displacement of the operating part 2, a detecting part 4, a part 5 to be detected, and a signal processing part 6 to detect the displacement of the operating part 2. A pair of mark parts 8h showing a place where the shaft hole 8k for the actuator 3 is formed is disposed so that they are separated in the length direction of the case 1 and the respective centers thereof are not positioned on one straight line in the direction along the length direction, and each of a pair of the arm parts 13b of a reset spring 13 to reset the operating part 2 to the regulating position is disposed at the position of the barrier plate part 8d adjoining one mark part 8h in the width direction of the case 1 and overlapping with the other mark part 8h.
