PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front end module mounting structure capable of fixing a front end module to a vehicle body without causing rattling. SOLUTION: In the front end module mounting structure, a protruded portion 13 which is inserted into a mounting hole 8 formed in a mounting portion 3 of a radiator core support 1 for a suspension mounted portion 2 and threaded to a vehicle body mounting site and which is crushed by the fastening force of a bolt 7 having a flange 6, is protruded from the opening peripheral edge of the mounting hole 8 beyond a sleeve front end face 14. When the bolt 7 is fastened, the protruded portion 13 is crushed by the flange 6 and a sleeve 10 has close contact with the mounting hole 8 without forming a space. Thus, the mounting portion 3 of the radiator core support 1 is fixed to the suspension mounted portion 2 without causing rattling. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
