PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition giving a feeling and design of an earth wall and having humidity control property and nonflammable performance, and to provide an application method causing no crack by the aging effect of backing, and a scraping-type application method. SOLUTION: This aqueous paint material composition comprises synthetic resin emulsion, clay, silt, sand and water, wherein the synthetic resin emulsion is acrylic resin-based emulsion comprising an aqueous paint material, soil for the earth wall, sand and water. Further, aluminium hydroxide is included in the aqueous paint material to ensure nonflammability and design property. In a wall surface construction method, the aqueous paint material composition is applied after forming a paint film with unevenness using the paint material. In a nonflammable wall surface construction method, design aggregate with a grain diameter of 0.5-10 mm is mixed in a finish-coating material to apply the finish-coating material, and after drying, the surface is rubbed with a scraping implement having a plurality of nail-like objects to form the scraping-like surface.
