A method for preparing a pear spread by using a pear, and a pear spread prepared by the method are provided to improve the discoloration prevention and the antioxidizing effect. A method for preparing a pear spread by using a pear comprises the steps of washing a pear, separating the flesh part and grinding the flesh part; adding an antioxidizing agent to the ground fruit; adding pectin and sugar to the fruit; concentrating the fruit; adding perfume to it; sterilizing it; cooling the sterilized one; and storing the cooled one. |
