<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management server, an information management method and an information management program for a remote controller by which user convenience can be improved by executing processing for another remote controller, and to provide the remote controller. <P>SOLUTION: An AV device (10, 20, ..., n0) includes a remote controller (12, 22, ..., n2) for controlling main bodies (11, 21, ..., n1), respectively, wherein the body 21 of a television receiver 20 includes an information server 500 including a control section and a memory. The control section of the information server 500 receives processing request data to output an alarm from the remote controller 22 for television to the other remote controller 12 and stores in the memory data to output the alarm to the remote controller 12.
