<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module which can make an edge light backlight thin, and can reduce the amount of resin used. <P>SOLUTION: A process for manufacturing a light source module comprises a step for preparing a substrate which is mounting a first reflector having a reflecting surface; a step for mounting a plurality of light-emitting elements on the substrate; a step for mounting a wiring board having electrodes on the substrate; a step for connecting the electrode of the light-emitting element with the electrode of the substrate by means of a metal wire; a step for mounting a second reflector, having a reflective surface on the wiring board; and a step for filling the space between the first reflector and the second reflector with resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
