摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect anomalous transmission by an apparatus itself even for the apparatus in which a communication controller does not perform processing to receive an own transmission signal in return, and compare the received signal and the transmission signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a vehicle-mounted ECU (Electronic Control Unit) 1 which follows a FlexRay communication protocol, a transmission request signal line (TxEN) from a transmission controller 17 to a transceiver 13 becomes low in a transmission period. In this state, a transmission signal which is outputted from the communication controller 17 to a transmission signal line (TxD) is transmitted from the transceiver 13 to a signal line 10. Moreover, the signal on the communication line 10 is received by the transceiver 13, and the received signal is outputted to a receiving signal line (RxD). Here, in a case that the TxEN is low, an edge detection circuit 19 supervises whether there is generated a rising edge on the RxD or not. A CPU 15 refers the supervising result of the edge detection circuit 19, and determines as a transmission failure when the rising edge is not detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
