<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control apparatus, call control method and call control program in which, without modifying configurations of a mobile telephone and a fixed IP telephone, an IP telephone system with both mixed therein can be constituted. <P>SOLUTION: A call control apparatus controls a call control signal between a fixed IP telephone of which the IP address is not changed during communication, and a mobile telephone of which the IP address may be changed by handover, including: a call control class determination unit which determines a class of the call control signal input and outputs class information; a telephone determination unit which determines whether the mobile telephone is a calling side or a called side and outputs determination information; and a call control unit which establishes or cuts off a call corresponding to the call control signal input through a call control sequence being set correspondingly to a combination of the class information and the determination information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
