PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the stabilization of appearance quality by suppressing the cutting trace of slurry on the surface of a receiving tray, in filling-up the slurry in the tray. SOLUTION: This filling-up jig is provided with that below a head 1a, a leveling plane 1c is formed for leveling the filled-up slurry in the housing tray 2, and an injection hole 1d opens up in the leveling plane 1c and communicates with a supplying tube 1b, wherein the diameter of the injection hole 1d is gradually increased as progressing to the leveling plane 1c and connects gently with the leveling plane 1c.
