PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user having a mobile terminal to be guided to a route reaching a destination, by requiring the user to perform a non-complicated operation, when carrying out a route guidance of transport facilities by using the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A noncontact IC reader device is provided, which is disposed on a route of the transport facilities and includes: a reading means which reads terminal information for specifying at least the mobile terminal from a noncontact IC mounted on the mobile terminal; and a transmitting means for transmitting the terminal information read by the reading means, information of the date and clock time when the terminal information is read, and positional information of the noncontact IC reader device, to a route guidance-use server apparatus. The route guidance-use server apparatus has a route guiding means for carrying out a route guidance, based on the terminal information, the information of the date and clock time when the terminal information is read, and the positional information of the noncontact IC reader device, which are transmitted by the noncontact IC reader device, and information of the destination being previously set by the user of the mobile terminal.
