<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set an appropriate time slot number depending on a use situation. <P>SOLUTION: A memory area which flexibly stores a value to determine a time slot number is provided. The number of communication media which are assumed to be within an antenna communication area is acquired, and then the value is determined based on the acquired number of communication media to store it in a memory area.
