<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roof structure capable of preventing the intrusion of water into a cabin in a canvas-top type automobile having a roof rail which is divided into a front part and a rear part. <P>SOLUTION: This roof structure comprises an opening formed at a roof, a folding cover member 12 for covering the opening, and main rails 11b provided at right and left edges of the opening so as to guide the cover member 12 to slide in the back and forth direction of a vehicle, and the opening can be opened by folding the cover member 12 to the rear side of the opening along the main rails 11b. This roof structure also comprises a housing rail 21a aligned at the back of the main rails 11b when the cover member is not housed, a housing means 25 for housing the cover member 12 which is folded on the housing rail 21a when housing at a housing position in a cabin with the housing rail 21a, and water receivers 4 provided under rear ends of the main rails 11b so as to receive water when the water is dropped from rear ends of the main rails 11 when housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
