<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transgenic animal stably including a more perfect IgV gene germline (particularly, having a germline Vλsequence). <P>SOLUTION: The transgenic animal having≥1 humanλlight chain loci is provided. A method and a composition for making the transgenic animal having the humanλlight chain loci are also provided. A method of using and a composition containing the humanλlight chain loci and derived from the transgenic animal are further provided.
