PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory unit capable of preventing game player's interest in a game from decreasing by allowing game properties to be widened and a game machine. SOLUTION: The accessory unit 40 is provided with a surface-side game region 31a and a back-side game region 31b, partitioned by the front and the back of an acrylic board 60 respectively, and installed in the Pachinko game machine where a game ball is able to enter the regions 31a and 31b. The unit 40 is provided with a connection shaft 68, a surface-side disturbing wheel 40a and a back-side disturbing wheel 40b. The shaft 68 penetrates the front and the back of the acrylic board 60 and is supported by it. The wheel 40a is disposed in the region 31a and connected with the shaft 68.
