A method, device and system for controlling a mobile terminal to transfer a call are provided. The method includes a performing device switching on the call between the calling terminal and a first called terminal via the established session; the performing device reporting a received second calling message that the first called terminal calling a second called terminal to a managing device, and the managing device returning a second called terminal switching on indication; switching on the second called terminal after the performing device receiving the second called terminal switching on indication; indicating the performing device to add the second called terminal to the session after the managing device knowing the response of the second called terminal.
