The arrangement has hinge parts (2, 3) tiltable relative to each other, where the part (2) is attached at a front flap (1) and the part (3) is attached at a body (4). The part (2) forms a fastening section (5) and a hinge section (6) that is hinged to the part (3). A retaining unit (7) holds the section (6) in a normal operating position at the section (5) in a retaining position and allows position changing of the section (6) and/or the part (3) at the section (5) in a releasing position. The unit (7) is brought from the retaining position into the releasing position by tilting of the parts. An independent claim is also included for a front flap arrangement having a flap and hinges.
