PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having a foamed layer, the cushion property of which is made remarkably excellent and the processability of which is improved much more than before. SOLUTION: The laminate has a layer of a thermoplastic resin and a foamed body layer of an ionomer of an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer comprising a monovalent or bivalent metal as an ion source or a resin composition comprising the ionomer by ≥10 wt.%.
