<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk player reproducing a signal with a stable quality without enlarging the device in the optical disk player having a plurality of objective lenses for converging optical beams to the recording surface of the optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical disk player 1 has two objective lenses arranged side by side in a tangential direction. The optical disk player 1 includes a control means for controlling a boost amount being a parameter for adjusting an equalizer, on the basis of the position of an optical pickup, when information is reproduced by using one(second objective lens) of the two objective lenses arranged so that a minimum straight line connecting the center of the objective lenses and a straight line orthogonal to the recording surface of the optical disk passing through the center of the optical disk placed in the player, becomes non-parallel to the moving direction of the optical pickup. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
