<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil-and-fat composition which is suppressed in the emission of cooked odor of oil. <P>SOLUTION: The edible oil-and-fat composition contains 50-100 mass% of a mixture oil composed of palm olein and rapeseed oil, wherein the mass ratio of the palm olein to rapeseed oil accounts for (10:90) to (80:20). The iodine number of the palm olein accounts for 66-80. The edible oil-and-fat composition is charged in a container, the cubic capacity of which is 2 liters or smaller and a part of which is transparent with respect to light.
