<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a separator for a fuel cell capable of suppressing that a surface-treated film to which corrosion resistance or the like is imparted is formed between a masking material and a separator base material, and a method for manufacturing the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the separator for the fuel cell has a masking process of masking a prescribed region of the peripheral part of the molding-processed separator material by the masking material, and the surface treatment process of forming the surface-treated film on the separator base material, and furthermore, this is equipped with a deburring process that deburring in the prescribed region is carried out before the masking process so that a gap is not formed between the separator base material and the masking material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
