<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel micro nano-bubble generation method, a micro nano-bubble generation system and a micro-reactor having the micro nano-bubble generation system, and to provide a washing method for a micro-flow passage excellent in washing property and/or disinfect property. <P>SOLUTION: The micro nano-bubble generation method includes the step of introducing a liquid into the micro-flow passage, and the step of containing the micro nano-bubble in the liquid by feeding a gas into the micro-flow passage, by a pressurized gas feeding means, from the outside of a porous wall having through-holes having radii of 10 to 1,000 nm formed on the whole part or a part of the micro-flow passage wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
