PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic equipment with a watertight structure capable of watertightly blocking an opening for opening the whole of one surface of an equipment main body by a lid coupled to the equipment main body, and in which the coupling part between the lid and the equipment main body does not project from an outer surface of the equipment main body. SOLUTION: An electronic equipment has: an equipment main body 2 with an opening 2a opening the whole of one surface; a sliding member 3 slidably attached inside the equipment main body 2, and which penetrates the opening 2a by sliding; a lid 4 rotatably supported by the sliding member 3, and which opens and closes the opening 2a; a sealing member 5 watertightly sealing a gap between an inner surface of the opening 2a and the lid 4 when the lid 4 closes the opening 2a; and a lock mechanism 6 locking the lid 4 in a state of closure of the opening 2a.
