PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of improving battery performance owing to reduction of contact resistance at a terminal 3 by having a terminal bolt 3c not only locked but also surely connected and fixed to a terminal connection lever 3b. SOLUTION: The battery is provided with a rivet terminal 3a protruded outward of a battery outer package body to be insulated and sealed, and a terminal bolt 3c arranged outside the battery outer package body and connected through the terminal connection lever 3b which is connected and fixed to an outer protruded part of the rivet terminal 3a.
