<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag label creating apparatus which reduces tape slack in a tape transporting path and which creates a tag label by starting printing right away. <P>SOLUTION: The tag label creating apparatus is provided with: a mark sensor 127 for detecting an identifier PM for detection of a printing start position by a printing head 23 provided to base material tape 101; and a control circuit 110 for controlling a ribbon winding up roller driving shaft 107, a tape feeding roller driving shaft 108 and a switching mechanism 193 so that a FEED process for the tag label imparting driving force for transporting the base material tape 101 in a forward direction to a printing start position by the printing head 23 based on the detection result of the identifier PM by the mark sensor 127, as well as controlling the printing head 23 so that printing is started when the base material tape 101 is transported to the printing start position by the printing head 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
