<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate information used by a host system and a subsystem in a medical institution. <P>SOLUTION: A medical examination information integration system 1 receives examination order information of a plurality of examination sections from an HIS 3, distributes the examination order information to subsystems corresponding to the plurality of examination sections, receives examination performance information from the subsystems, and distributes it to the host system. The examination order information or the examination performance information passing an examination order/result transmission and reception part 2 are stored in an examination data storage part 6. An examination list display part 7 is used to refer to a list of examinations of a patient from the HIS 3. A history of accesses by a reference user when calling the examination list display part 7 is stored in an access log storage part 8. An image-observation calling part 9 is used to call an image and observation stored in the subsystem. The history of access by a user at this occasion is stored in the access log storage part 8.
