PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow replacing a module constituting a biological model by another module and changing inter-module structures.

SOLUTION: A structural relation attribute 201 included in a module 200 is information which specifies another module to which the module 200 is coupled, in accordance with a physical structure of a living body, and a functional coupling relation attribute 202 is information which specifies another module to which the module 200 is coupled, in accordance with a functional structure of the living body. In the case that an encapsulated module comprising one high-order module and all of low-order modules subordinated to this high-order module is set on the basis of a hierarchical structure of modules defined by the structural relation attribute 201, modules capable of being coupled to the module, which are specified by the functional coupling relation attribute 202, are limited to other modules belonging to an encapsulated module to which the module belongs to.
