PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current source capable of supplying stable current against wide-range fluctuation of power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A value of current I2 flowing through MOS transistors M1, M2 connected in series is controlled by each potential of a node K and a node L. A value of current I1 flowing through MOS transistors M3, M4 connected in series is controlled by each potential of the node K and a node N. As a result, even if the power supply voltage Vcc fluctuates in a wide range such as 2.2-3.6 V, for example, output current Iout of an amplifier circuit 101 is stabilized.
