PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal mixture, including a liquid crystal compound with double bonds and a specific composition of reactive monomer for improving the demerit of long response time that results from high rotational viscosity of conventional PSA (polymer-sustained alignment) LCDs (liquid crystal display) panels. SOLUTION: This liquid crystal mixture for polymer stable orientation processing contains a first liquid crystal compound that does not have at least one set of double bond, a second liquid crystal compound that has at least one set of double bond, and the reactive monomers that has at least one set of methacrylate group. The concentration of the second liquid crystal compound is about 0.1-20% by weight of the total weight of the liquid crystal compounds. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
