PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing treating apparatus which enables to easily sort a waste into metals and a material other than metals by using a screening machine, after crushing the waste with a crusher. SOLUTION: The crushing treating apparatus has a crusher which includes a crushing table 36, rollers 37a and 37b fixed in position and rolling on the crushing face 35 of the crushing table 36 to press and crush the waste, a turning device 130 for turning the crushing table 36 around the axial center 38, a feeding opening 140 for feeding the waste onto the crushing face 35, and discharge opening 41 for discharging the waste pressed and crushed by the rollers 37a and 37b; wherein the discharge opening 41 is formed at the part of the axial center 38 being the center part of the crushing table 36, the feeding opening 140 is located at a position separated from the axial center 38 of the crushing table 36 in the radial direction, the turning device 130 has an outer gear 132 formed at the outer circumferential edge of the crushing table 36, a pinion gear 133 engaging with the outer gear 132, and a motor for driving the pinion gear 133 to rotate.
