METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OPTICAL ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical element capable of securing optical performance by removing the deformation of an optical glass element and shortening the time needed for manufacturing. SOLUTION: The method comprises a film forming step of forming a reflection preventive film on the surface of an optical glass element before annealing and the temperature condition of the film forming step is set at the annealing point of the optical glass element. The period for keeping the temperature condition is a film forming time needed for forming the reflection preventive film or may be longer than the film forming time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
